Choptank Cleaning Services & Property Maintenance, LLC is a woman-owned, full-service cleaning, disinfecting, and property maintenance company based in Ridgely, Maryland. Since opening in February 2015, we have proudly provided reliable, high-quality services to commercial builders, property owners, and property management companies throughout the region. The company is owned and operated by Heather Mitchell.
Our services include professional janitorial cleaning, COVID-19 disinfecting, commercial carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, property maintenance, and general building repairs. We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities.
We use cleaning and disinfecting products recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and offer a wide range of fogging and disinfecting solutions designed to help maintain healthy environments.
